Trust(विश्वास)

 

In a village named vallabpur there lived a very poor family. Harish a middle-aged man was the only source of income in the family. Harish used to work in small factory located nearby his village as a labor. Harish’s had two daughters and one son. They were so poor that Harish could not afford the education of his children. Sometimes they had food to eat while other time they had to sleep hungry. Harish’s children used to feel very upset that most of their friends used to go to school while they had to sit home. They used to quarrel with him everyday and asked why they can’t go to school to which Harish had no answers.

Harish was very kind hearted and very hardworking by nature. He was the most favorite and trustful worker of the factory’s owner named Raghu. Raghu had no one in his house so he used to like Harish as his son. Impressed by his hardworking and seriousness towards his work Raghu made Harish as the supervisor of the factory. Harish had to guide the other workers and gave a bureau of the entire work to Raghu. After few months his financial condition improved and he was able to fulfill his family’s needs to a extent which he was unable to do before. Things were going good for Harish and his family.

In the factory, his fellow workers who used to work under were also happy to work under Harish but not so was Vrijesh. He was the only one who was very jealous with Harish. He was jealous with Harish’s post as supervisor and also on Raghu’s too much trust on Harish. He always wanted to be in Harish’s post as supervisor for a long time but due to his nature he couldn’t got it. So he decided that by hook or by crook he will be going to snatch the post of supervisor from Harish and not only that but also to throw him out of the factory. So he started making plans that how will he succeed in this as Raghu had great belief in Harish. So he decided that the only way to succeed is to break the belief of Raghu on Harish.

So one day when Raghu was about to give daily wages to all the workers. Harish was called by Raghu in his cabin to discuss about the distribution of wages to the workers. At that Raghu got a phone call so he went outside the cabin to talk. Meanwhile, Vrijesh took this opportunity. He went to Harish and said him that one of his worker has called him regarding a work, so he too went outside the cabin. Vrijesh saw a bundle of cash placed at Raghu’s table. He took it as an opportunity to break the trust of Raghu on Vrijesh. He took those bundles of cash and placed Harish’s bag that he forgot to take. Vrijesh then took Harish’s bag and went outside the cabin and handed the bag to Harish. Meanwhile when Raghu entered his cabin and saw that the bundles of cash that were to be distributed among the workers as daily wages were missing.

He then called Harish and asked him about the cash. Harish replied that he wasn’t present in the cabin soon Raghu went outside. Raghu then asked Harish that the bundles might have taken by any of us. He then ordered Harish to search all the workers. Harish started searching all the workers but the bundle of cash wasn’t found. Vrijesh suddenly asked Raghu that only Harish was left to be searched. Raghu got angry with this and asked Vrijesh to stop talking nonsense about Harish as Raghu trusted him more than anyone. But Harish replied that if everyone can be searched than why not him. So he called one of the workers to search him but nothing was found. Then the worker opened Harish’s bag and was surprised to see that the bundles of cash was present in Harish’s bag. Raghu got a great shock seeing this that the man he trusted the most is a thief. Harish too got surprised to see that how the bundles of cash got inside his bag. He said to Raghu that he didn’t took the bundles, but Raghu didn’t wanted to hear anything and simply asked Harish to leave his factory and not to come to the factory from the next day. Harish left the factory with tears in his eyes.

Vrijesh smiled from behind as he was successful in his plan of throwing Harish out of the factory. Soon after a few days Vrijesh won the trust of Raghu by his cunningness and got the position of supervisor. After becoming supervisor Vrijesh started playing his dirty tricks. He bullied the factory’s workers unnecessarily, started doing money manipulation from the wages that were to be paid to the workers. Soon Raghu started getting losses in his business. Raghu started growing doubts about Vrijesh. He too received some complaints about Vrijesh’s bullish nature and being paid less wages. With all these Raghu decided to keep an eye on Vrijesh’s doings. So, one day he called Vrijesh to his cabin and handed him a bundle of 20,000 cash and asked to count it as he forgot to bring his spectacles today. Raghu also said Vrijesh to enter the amount in the register after counting the cash and then put the cash in the table’s drawer as he was going to the city. Vrijesh by his nature put some cash in his pocket, entered the remaining amount in the register and placed the money inside the drawer.

Raghu after returning from city took out the register to check whether Vrijesh entered the correct amount or not and his suspicions turned out right. There were 5000 cash less than the actual amount. Raghu immediately called Vrijesh and asked him about the remaining cash. Vrijesh was shocked that how Raghu got to know about this. He replied that he had counted all the cash correctly and there was no remaining amount. Raghu said angrily that he should stop lying. Vrijesh knew that he was caught and finally confessed that the remaining cash was taken by him. Raghu then remembered that similar thing happened that day after which he asked Harish to leave the factory. He again asked Vrijesh about that incident to which Vrijesh replied that he didn’t knew anything about that. Raghu asked him angrily to tell the truth or otherwise he will be bound to call the Police. Hearing the name of police Vrijesh confessed that it was him who put those bundles in Harish’s bag because he was jealous of Harish and wanted to get his position.

After hearing this Raghu felt very guilty that the man he trusted as his own son he behaved with him such badly and without any crime he made him leave his job too. Raghu angrily told Vrijesh to leave the factory immediately and not to come from the next day. Without wasting any time Raghu decided to go to Harish’s home. Raghu went to his home and knocked the door. Harish’s daughters opened the door. Raghu asked them that Harish is present in the house or not to which they replied that Harish had went to the nearby grocery shop for buying vegetables. Raghu then looked around the house and thought how badly he is living. He was also angry with himself that how he could commit such a mistake. After sometime Harish reached his home and was surprised to see Raghu there. Raghu immediately rushed towards Harish with tearful eyes and asked Harish to forgive him for his mistake of taking a job from him for a false crime that he never committed. Harish said that it wasn’t Raghu’s fault it was the situation that made such things. Raghu asked Harish to immediately join his work as supervisor as his factory badly needs him. Harish felt very happy after hearing this.

Harish then went to work in the factory immediately. The workers in the factory were very happy to see Harish return back as supervisor. All the workers expressed to Harish that how badly they missed him. All of them returned to work and after a few months Raghu started to get profits once again in his business and it was Harish who made that possible. Such is Trust if you trust someone than no whether what situation you must not stop believing. Raghu had to pay a big price for not trusting on Harish to which he trusted the most. However, he got another chance of rectifying his mistake but many may not get such kind of chance to rectify their mistakes. So if you trust someone don’t stop trusting how worse the situation may be because you may not get a second chance like Raghu.

विश्वास

वल्लभपुर नामक गाँव में एक बहुत गरीब परिवार रहता था। हरीश एक मध्यम आयु वर्ग का व्यक्ति परिवार में आय का एकमात्र स्रोत था। हरीश अपने गाँव के पास ही स्थित एक छोटे से कारखाने में काम करता था। हरीश की दो बेटियां और एक बेटा था। वे इतने गरीब थे कि हरीश अपने बच्चों की शिक्षा का खर्च नहीं उठा सकते थे। कभी-कभी उनके पास खाने के लिए भोजन होता था जबकि दूसरी बार उन्हें भूखे पेट सोना पड़ता था। हरीश के बच्चे बहुत परेशान महसूस करते थे कि उनके ज्यादातर दोस्त स्कूल जाते थे जबकि उन्हें घर बैठना पड़ता था। वे उससे रोज झगड़ा करते थे और पूछते थे कि वे उस स्कूल में क्यों नहीं जा सकते, जिसके पास हरीश का कोई जवाब नहीं था।

हरीश स्वभाव से बहुत दयालु और बहुत मेहनती था। वह कारखाने के रघु नाम के मालिक का सबसे पसंदीदा और भरोसेमंद कार्यकर्ता था। रघु के घर में कोई नहीं था इसलिए वह हरीश को अपने बेटे की तरह मानता था। अपनी मेहनत और अपने काम के प्रति गंभीरता से प्रभावित होकर रघु ने हरीश को कारखाने का पर्यवेक्षक बना दिया। हरीश को अन्य कार्यकर्ताओं का मार्गदर्शन करना था और रघु को पूरे काम का एक ब्यूरो देना था। कुछ महीनों के बाद उनकी वित्तीय स्थिति में सुधार हुआ और वह अपने परिवार की जरूरतों को एक हद तक पूरा करने में सक्षम थे, जो वह पहले नहीं कर पाए थे। हरीश और उसके परिवार के लिए चीजें अच्छी चल रही थीं।

फैक्ट्री में, उनके साथी कर्मचारी जो काम करते थे, वे भी हरीश के अधीन काम करने के लिए खुश थे, सिर्फ वृजेश को छोड़कर। वह केवल वही था जो हरीश से बहुत ईर्ष्या करता था। वह हरीश के पर्यवेक्षक के पद से ईर्ष्या करता था और रघु के हरीश पर बहुत अधिक विश्वास करने पर भी चीरता था। वह हमेशा लंबे समय तक हरीश के पर्यवेक्षक के पद पर बने रहना चाहते थे, लेकिन अपने स्वभाव के कारण उन्हें यह नहीं मिला। इसलिए उसने फैसला किया कि कुछ वि करके वह हरीश से पर्यवेक्षक का पद छीनने वाला है और न केवल वह बल्कि उसे कारखाने से बाहर भी फेंक देगा। इसलिए उसने योजना बनाना शुरू कर दिया कि वह इसमें कैसे सफल होगा क्योंकि रघु को हरीश पर बहुत विश्वास था। इसलिए उन्होंने तय किया कि सफल होने का एकमात्र तरीका है रघु का हरीश पर विश्वास तोड़ना।

इसलिए एक दिन जब रघु सभी मजदूरों को दैनिक मजदूरी देने वाला था। श्रमिकों को मजदूरी के वितरण के बारे में चर्चा करने के लिए हरीश को रघु ने अपने केबिन में बुलाया था। उस समय रघु को फोन आया तो वह बात करने के लिए केबिन के बाहर चला गया। इस बीच, वृजेश ने यह मौका ले लिया। वह हरीश के पास गया और उससे कहा कि उसके एक कार्यकर्ता ने उसे एक काम के संबंध में बुलाया है, इसलिए वह भी केबिन के बाहर चला गया। वृजेश ने रघु की मेज पर रखी नकदी का एक बंडल देखा। उन्होंने इसे वृजेश पर रघु के विश्वास को तोड़ने के अवसर के रूप में लिया। उसने नकदी के उन बंडलों को लिया और हरीश के बैग को रख दिया, जिसे वह लेना भूल गया था। इसके बाद वृजेश ने हरीश का बैग लिया और केबिन के बाहर जाकर हरीश को बैग सौंप दिया। इस बीच जब रघु ने अपने केबिन में प्रवेश किया और देखा कि दैनिक मजदूरी के रूप में श्रमिकों के बीच वितरित किए जाने वाले नकदी के बंडल गायब थे।

फिर उसने हरीश को बुलाया और उससे नकदी के बारे में पूछा। हरीश ने जवाब दिया कि वह भी केबिन में मौजूद नहीं था, जब रघु बाहर चला गया। तब रघु ने हरीश से पूछा कि बंडल हममें से किसी ने लिया हो सकता है। फिर उन्होंने हरीश को सभी श्रमिकों को खोजने का आदेश दिया। हरीश ने सभी श्रमिकों को खोजना शुरू किया लेकिन नकदी का बंडल नहीं मिला। वृजेश ने अचानक रघु से पूछा कि केवल हरीश को खोजा जाना बाकी था। रघु इस बात से नाराज़ हो गया और उसने बृजेश से हरीश के बारे में बकवास करना बंद करने को कहा क्योंकि रघु ने उस पर किसी से भी ज्यादा भरोसा करता था। लेकिन हरीश ने जवाब दिया कि अगर सभी को खोजा जा सकता है तो उसे क्यों नहीं। इसलिए उन्होंने उसे खोजने के लिए एक कार्यकर्ता को बुलाया, लेकिन कुछ भी नहीं मिला। तब कार्यकर्ता ने हरीश का बैग खोला और यह देखकर हैरान रह गए कि हरीश के बैग में नकदी के बंडल मौजूद थे। रघु को यह देखकर बड़ा धक्का लगा कि जिस आदमी पर उसने भरोसा किया वह चोर है। हरीश भी यह देखकर हैरान हो गया कि कैश की गठरी उसके बैग के अंदर कैसे घुस गई। उसने रघु से कहा कि उसने बंडलों को नहीं लिया है, लेकिन रघु ने कुछ भी सुनना नहीं चाहा और बस हरीश से अपने कारखाने को छोड़ने और अगले दिन से कारखाने में नहीं आने के लिए कहा। हरीश की आंखों में आंसू के साथ फैक्ट्री से चला गया।

हरीश को फैक्ट्री से बाहर फेंकने की योजना में सफल होने के कारण वृजेश पीछे से मुस्कुराया। कुछ ही दिनों बाद वृजेश ने अपनी चालाकी से रघु का विश्वास जीत लिया और पर्यवेक्षक का पद हासिल कर लिया। पर्यवेक्षक बनने के बाद वृजेश ने अपने गंदे चाल चलने शुरू कर दिए। उन्होंने कारखाने के श्रमिकों को अनावश्यक रूप से परेशान किया, श्रमिकों को भुगतान किए जाने वाले वेतन से धन हेरफेर करना शुरू कर दिया। जल्द ही रघु को अपने व्यवसाय में घाटा होने लगा। रघु को वृजेश पर शक होने लगा। उन्हें वृजेश के तेज स्वभाव और कम वेतन दिए जाने के बारे में भी श्रमिकों से कुछ शिकायतें मिलीं। इन सभी के साथ रघु ने बृजेश के कामों पर नज़र रखने का फैसला किया। इसलिए, एक दिन उसने वृजेश को अपने केबिन में बुलाया और उसे 20,000 नकद का एक बंडल दिया और उसे गिनने को कहा क्योंकि वह आज अपना चश्मा लाना भूल गया था। रघु ने कैश गिनने के बाद वृजेश को रजिस्टर में राशि दर्ज करने के लिए कहा और फिर कैश को टेबल की दराज में रख देने को कहा क्योंकि वह शहर जा रहा था। अपने स्वभाव से वृजेश ने अपनी जेब में कुछ नकदी रखी और बाकि नकद रजिस्टर में लिखा और दराज़ में रख दिया और केबिन से चला गया।

शहर से लौटने के बाद रघु ने यह जांचने के लिए रजिस्टर निकाला कि वृजेश सही संख्या दाखिल किया हैं या नहीं और उसका शक सही निकला। वास्तविक राशि से 5000 नकद कम थे। रघु ने तुरंत ही वृजेश को अपने केबिन में बुलाया और उससे बाकि नकदी के बारे में पूछा। वृजेश हैरान था कि रघु को इस बारे में कैसे पता चला। उसने उत्तर दिया कि उसने सभी नकदी को सही ढंग से गिना था और कोई शेष राशि नहीं थी। रघु ने गुस्से से कहा कि वह झूठ बोलना बंद करे। वृजेश को पता था कि वह पकड़ा गया है और आखिरकार उसने कबूल किया कि शेष नकद उसके द्वारा लिया गया था। फिर रघु को याद आया कि उस दिन भी ऐसा ही कुछ हुआ था, जिसके बाद उसने हरीश को कारखाने छोड़ने के लिए कहा था। उन्होंने फिर से वृजेश से उस घटना के बारे में पूछा, जिस पर वृजेश ने जवाब दिया कि उन्हें इस बारे में कुछ भी पता नहीं है। रघु ने गुस्से से उसे सच बताने के लिए कहा अन्यथा वह पुलिस को बुलाने के लिए बाध्य होगा। पुलिस का नाम सुनते ही वृजेश ने स्वीकार किया कि यह वही है जिसने हरीश के बैग में उन बंडलों को रखा था क्योंकि वह हरीश से ईर्ष्या करता था और हरीश की जगह प्राप्त करना चाहता था।

यह सुनने के बाद रघु को बहुत दोषी महसूस होने लगा कि जिस आदमी पर उसे अपने ही बेटे के रूप में भरोसा था, उसने उसके साथ ऐसा बुरा व्यवहार किया और बिना किसी अपराध के उसने उसे नौकरी भी चुरवा दी। रघु ने गुस्से में ब्रिजेश को तुरंत कारखाना छोड़ने और अगले दिन से नहीं आने के लिए कहा। बिना समय बर्बाद किए रघु ने हरीश के घर जाने का फैसला किया। रघु हरीश के घर गया और दरवाजा खटखटाया। हरीश की बेटियों ने दरवाजा खोला। रघु ने उनसे पूछा कि हरीश घर में मौजूद है या नहीं, इस पर उन्होंने जवाब दिया कि हरीश सब्जी खरीदने के लिए पास की किराने की दुकान पर गया हैं। तब रघु ने घर के चारों ओर देखा और सोचा कि वह कितनी बुरी तरह से रह रहा है। वह खुद भी गुस्से में था कि वह ऐसी गलती कैसे कर सकता है। कुछ देर बाद हरीश अपने घर पहुंचा और वहां रघु को देखकर हैरान रह गया। रघु ने फटी-फटी आँखों से तुरंत हरीश की ओर दौड़ लगाई और हरीश से कहा कि उसने  झूठे अपराध के लिए नौकरी से निकलने की गलती के लिए उसे माफ कर दे। हरीश ने कहा कि यह रघु की गलती नहीं थी, यह ऐसी स्थिति थी जिसने ऐसी चीजें बनाईं। रघु ने हरीश को तुरंत पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में अपने काम में शामिल होने के लिए कहा क्योंकि उसके कारखाने को उसकी बुरी तरह से जरूरत है। यह सुनकर हरीश बहुत खुश हुआ।

हरीश फिर फैक्ट्री में काम करने चला गया। हरीश को पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में वापस लौटते देख कारखाने के मजदूर बहुत खुश हुए। सभी कार्यकर्ताओं ने हरीश से कहा कि वे उनसे कितनी बुरी तरह से याद आए। वे सभी काम पर लौट आए और कुछ महीनों के बाद रघु को अपने व्यवसाय में एक बार फिर से लाभ मिलना शुरू हुआ और यह हरीश ही था जिसने इसे संभव बनाया। इस तरह का भरोसा है अगर आप किसी पर भरोसा करते हैं चाहे वह किसी भी स्थिति में हो, आपको उसपर विश्वास करना बंद नहीं करना चाहिए। हरीश पर भरोसा नहीं करने के लिए रघु को बड़ी कीमत चुकानी पड़ी जिस पर उसने सबसे ज्यादा भरोसा किया। हालाँकि, उन्हें अपनी गलती को सुधारने का एक और मौका मिला लेकिन कई लोगों को अपनी गलतियों को सुधारने के लिए इस तरह का मौका नहीं मिलता। इसलिए यदि आप किसी पर भरोसा करते हैं, तो विश्वास करना बंद न करें चाहे स्थिति कितनी बदतर हो क्योंकि आपको रघु जैसा दूसरा मौका शायद न मिले।
