David Alaba finally announces that he  will be leaving bayern munich putting to end all the speculation that he might make a u-turn and re-sign with the club it's been obvious that he's going to be leaving just hasn't really been set in stone but after the press conference today it will be probably a free-fall actually having said that there have been plenty of chances for teams to offer david alaba a new contract.

 

 

Starting in the summer from january the first but apparently only one premier team has done so far and that is chelsea now of course there are loads of teams interested in but apparently the deciding factor is that alaba seems really keen to move to la liga this obviously puts barcelona around madrid at the top of the pile now.

 

 

But when it comes to all of the big teams as well including liverpool, manchester city and chelsea in england there's psg and also Italian gianta juventus as well they all need in some way or another a centre-back signing a world-class centre-back

 

 And as so David Alaba is a no-brainer yes he's going to cost a lot of money but he's also coming in on a free transfer the thing is that if he really want to go ahead and play in la liga it looks like real just going to be the only option and that is why the likes of liverpool and a few others just have not offered a contract.

 

 

David Alaba was part of Bayern Munich since 2008 and played for the first time for the club in March, 2010 and it's been 13 years he was part of the club. In these thirteen years he was a witness of 9 Bundesliga and 2 Champions Trophy trophies.

 

But now David Alaba made it clear that he will be not be playing again for Bayern Munich as his contract comes to an end this season end. He said in a press confernece as it was not so easy at all as it has been a long 13 years relation with the club and also said that Bayern Munich was very much close to his heart.

 

He hasn't said anything about his next venture but his decision on this will be most likely to come within a few months. Although many big football clubs have shown interest in him in the likes of PSG, Manchester United, Barcelona, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester City. Now with so many clubs showing interset in him it will be interesting to see where does he move to.

David Alaba was recently part of the Bayern Munich side that won the Club World Cup that was held in Qatar. He made his start to his career as left back but then changed his role to defensive midfield and centre back.
